But for now people above the age of 19 are also eligible to take vaccines.

However, while there is relief between the citizens as the vaccination has started, the vaccine is coming up with a variety of side effects. Here are some Side Effects which you may feel after getting vaccinated and also the precautions you should know:-

Some common side effects:-

·   Pain, redness, itchiness or swelling

·   Swollen lymph nodes under armpits.

·   Tiredness or a headache

·   Fever and chills

·   Muscle or joint soreness

·   Nausea and vomiting
These were some common effects but some may also feel the same symptoms as COVID-19 symptoms. If you are getting such symptoms, reach your doctor as soon as possible. There are chances that vaccinated people will also get COVID-19 because the vaccine gets 2 – 3 weeks to build its immunity in our body. If before this period you get exposed to COVID-19, you may get affected.
To take precautions continue to follow public health guidelines, which are frequently washing your hands, maintaining a distance of 2 feet and wearing a mask properly by covering your mouth and nose properly even after getting vaccinated.
