Body Sculpting the Right Way.
Don’t we all just want the perfect body? From expensive gym memberships to extreme diets to yoga to slimming oils and what not! We have tried it all.
We all wonder at some point of time, how do celebrities go from slim to bulky and back to slim bodies within weeks or months.
Realistically speaking, it is not possible to lose 20-30 kgs within months with gym or any form of diet.
Here’s where the role of man-made proteins or steroids come into play.
Steroids are a man-made version of chemicals, known as hormones, that are made naturally in the human body.
Steroids are designed to act like those hormones to reduce inflammation.
They’re also known as ‘corticosteroids’ and are different from anabolic steroids used by bodybuilders and athletes.
Bodybuilders, athletes and Bollywood stars have started to use steroids to fulfil their body goals.
They take something known as a growth hormone.
Growth hormone is produced naturally in bodies but when we start injecting man-made hormones like these, it provides us with rapid growth of muscles.
Many people have also been known to take substances known as thyroxine which affect the thyroid gland.
The thyroid gland dictates a very large part of our metabolic system.
Insulins or pills might seem harmless and that is part of the issue.
People can’t just use supplements to gain or lose weight speedily.
This is dangerous as we are playing with the natural hormones in our body.
So it’s basically choosing between chemically altered perfect bodies or naturally built mediocre bodies.
What we could do is identify and have realistic fitness goals which don’t hamper our health.
We all need to understand that losing or gaining fat or muscle is a slow process that requires hard work.
We need to be patient and consistent to reach our perfect body.
