Bale intended to return to Madrid

On Tuesday, Gareth Bale plans to return to Real Madrid for the final 12 months of his contract next season.Bale has been on loan for Tottenham Hotspur this season. Gareth returned to Tottenham Hotspur on loan in September after seven years.
The Wales captain has suffered various injuries throughout the season.Bale’s season for Tottenham is not too good as he has concerns related to fitness and form. He is struggling with fitness issues but still but he is playing in the premier league regularly. Recently The Welshman showed some signs of coming back into form and fitness as he scored four times and assisted twice in his last five league matches.
“I think the main reason I came to Spurs this year was to play football,” Bale said Tuesday while on duty with Wales. “Going into the Euros I wanted to be match-fit.”
“The original plan was only to do a season at Spurs and after the Euros, I still have a year left at Real Madrid and I plan to go back,” he told a news conference.
Bale was criticized by Real Madrid fans at the end of the 2018-19 season. Manager Zidane said to the media that it would be better for all parties if Bale left the club.
The 31-year-old forward, Gareth Bale, is now eyeing for opening in the 2022 World Cup qualifier against Belgium on Wednesday.Attachments area
