RCB will play against Mumbai Indians in the opening contest of the season.Padikkal is in quarantine after testing positive. The report says that there are fewer chances for him to recover and be Match-fit for the inaugural game.
Maharashtra has been the center of attention in the second wave of covid due to the alarming rise of covid cases, Especially Mumbai that brings few challenges for BCCI but they are ready with plan B and they will implement it if cases will increase.”Let’s wait and watch the next 48 hours. Until then, everybody needs to strictly respect the protocols, increase the testing and not break the bio-bubbles. If they follow the norms, things will be fine,” said those tracking developments.
The player, coaches, and team staffs are in a biosecure bubble following the protocols.
